1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Epic Cabinet website and the supply of custom cabinetry, joinery, and related services by Epic Cabinet Pty Ltd (ABN 62 666 860 117), located at Unit 1/10 Rushdale Street, Knoxfield VIC 3180, Australia ("Epic Cabinet", "we", "us", or "our").

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.

2. Our Services

Epic Cabinet designs and builds custom cabinetry and joinery, including but not limited to:

• Kitchen cabinetry
• Bathroom vanities
• Wardrobes and storage solutions
• Laundry cabinetry
• Custom joinery and fit-outs
• Coordination of stone benchtop fabrication and installation through third-party stone mason partners

Stone benchtop fabrication and installation is carried out by independent third-party stone mason partners. Epic Cabinet coordinates this process on your behalf but is not responsible for the stone mason's workmanship, materials, or warranties.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Epic Cabinet are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• Subject to change if the scope of work, materials, or site conditions change.
• Inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

A written agreement or accepted quote must be in place before any work commences. Verbal agreements are not binding.

4. Deposits and Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or project agreement. Generally:

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking and commence manufacturing.
• Progress payments may apply for larger projects.
• Final payment is due upon completion of installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payment by the agreed due date may result in work being paused or suspended until payment is received.

5. Design and Approvals

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all design drawings, plans, and specifications before manufacturing begins. Once manufacturing has commenced, changes to the design may incur additional costs and delays. Epic Cabinet will not be held liable for errors in the design that were approved by you.

6. Site Access and Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible, prepared, and ready prior to the agreed installation date. Any delays caused by site conditions, other trades, or inaccessibility that are outside Epic Cabinet's control may result in rescheduling and additional costs.

7. Warranties

Epic Cabinet stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Our cabinetry is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Cabinet's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order or engagement after a deposit has been paid and manufacturing has commenced, the deposit may be non-refundable to the extent of costs already incurred. Cancellations must be made in writing. Epic Cabinet reserves the right to charge for materials ordered and work completed up to the point of cancellation.

10. Website Use

When using the Epic Cabinet website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the site without our written permission.

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Epic Cabinet Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian copyright law.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
